Allerject Recall

Important!!

Please be advised that Sanofi-Aventis Canada (Sanofi Canada) is taking a precautionary measure by issuing a voluntary recall of all epinepherine auto-injectors marketed as Allerject.

Unproven concerns have been raised that the auto-injetor is potentially providing users an inaccurate dose at the time delivery. This issue is potentially life threatening.

The voluntary recall affects both the 0.15 mg / 0.15 mL and the 0.30 mg / 0.30 mL doses.

Lots Affected: ALL

They are requesting that you return your Allerject Autoinjector to your pharmacy for a replacement.
