Allerject Recall

Please be advised that due to a manufacturing error, Sanofi is recalling a group of their Allerject Epinepherine Autoinjectors.

This only affects two lots of the autoinjectors which were distributed after June 1st.

If your Allerject 0.15 mg / 0.15 ml Autoinjector has the following lot numbers, please return it to your pharmacy for a replacement or refund.
